Dhrumil’s morning hydration

This is what I drink first thing in the morning:

  • 1 liter filtered spring water
  • 2 table spoons of organic aloe gel
  • 2 table spoons of MSM
  • 2 pinches of celtic sea salt
  • 2 table spoons of fresh lemon juice

Recently I’ve started working out again and I’ve noticed that my knee is acting up, so I’m taking the MSM twice a day to keep it strong.
